The Mortgage Trainer will be responsible for training mortgage and financial industry professionals. The trainer is accountable for ensuring the training..
The candidate must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience in training, with a focus on the mortgage, banking and/or financial industry is needed.
Capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following items:
- Interact well with other people
- Identify training needs and develop recruiting sources.
- Setup a training program and implement it.
- Determine employee needs and ensure proper training for all employees.
- Great communication skills with a minimum of 2 years of training experience in the mortgage, financial, and/or banking industry.
- Knowledge of the mortgage and training process required.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
