Human Resources Administrator

  • Responsible for overseeing all paperwork related to employees, including performance management, hiring, termination, etc.
  • Must have a working understanding of federal / state employment laws and regulations.
  • Good relationship skills are required to interface with our PEO on payroll, unemployment claims, and benefits.
  • Responsible for communicating to new hires regarding their positions, setting up usernames / passwords and answering questions on benefits and company policies.
  • Must maintain accurate employee records at all times.
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Extremely organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, be reliable and work well with a team.
