Loan Processor:

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of real estate mortgage loans generated by the Branches. Associates at this level also analyze problem situations and implement corrective actions. Associates should have a working knowledge of retail loan processing and may provide guidance to less experienced processors.

This associate will be responsible for paperless loan processing for the department. Responsibilities include: High volume daily loan processing, reviewing loan documents, and calculating income. Also to ensure quality service and effective and efficient support to internal business partners and external customers.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years Mortgage Loan Processing experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required as is the ability to multi-task during the day.
• Strong typing skills, solid computer skills are a must with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred. Organizational skills are required due to the various tasks and attention to detail that each involves.
• Working experience with DU, LP, and GUS underwriting systems
• Experienced in Conventional, FHA, VA and RD programs.
